The Commerce Center encompasses approximately 20 acres for 50,000 to 300,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit office buildings plus an additional 10 acres for small office buildings ranging from 5,000 to 40,000 sq. ft.
 
Cargo distribution and logistics, new large and small office, warehouse and retail space, and 80 employers who provide jobs to 5,000 people.

Mather is home to 2,100 residents and upon completion will feature 2,500 new homes, a master planned university village and sports complex – all surrounded by 1,000 acres including Mather Regional Park. The park features the award-winning 18-hole Mather golf course, Mather Lake stocked with bass and trout, amazing open spaces and vernal pool preserves.
